The Southern Plains Honor Band takes place on February 13, 2010.  This is for grades 5 - 7.  Parent volunteers will be needed for the following tasks:

¯  Hospitality Helpers

¯  Registration ( ACHS/ACMS)

¯  Concession Stand Helpers (ACHS/ACMS)

¯  Food Donations

This early winter event brings together fifth graders and middle school students from our region to practice together, then performn in concerts at the end of the afternoon.  This is a huge event and many volunteers are necessary for a successful day.
