The Spring Fling Event is May 20, 2010.  This event is for 5th through 12th grades.  We will need many parent volunteers.

Volunteer needs are:

 

1. Food Preparers
2. Table Setup
3. Food Servers
4. Cleanup Crew
5. Decoration Crew
6. Ticket Sellers
7. Food Donations

 

This event includes a BBQ dinner, fundraiser and concerts for band members from grades 5 through 12, with jazz bands performing in the ACHS commons and bands in the auditorium.
